Lucy Oates is a UK based mural, public and collage artist, working predominately in Bristol, Southwest and London. Known best for her playful bold designs. Lucy takes great pleasure in uplifting otherwise derelict spaces and environment. Her aim is to inject feelings of joy through her choice of colour.
