Statement:
Lucy Oates is a multi-award winning artist based in the UK. Producing murals, public art, and community projects, primarily working in Bristol and London. Lucy is celebrated for her playful and bold designs that breathe new life into neglected spaces. Her passion lies in spreading joy through her colourful creations, making art accessible to all.
