Imagine Rotherham 2024
Imagine Rotherham – a steering group of local organisations experienced in co-creating art projects with young people – has successfully applied to Historic England for a History in the Making grant to fund a project called Big History, Bright Future. This project aims to work with young communities living in Rotherham to explore their heritage and histories,before creating a public mural that celebrates these stories. Lucy facilitated several workshops at Clifton park community school and Clifton learning partnership community centre, as part of the design process for the mural.
The local community from Clifton learning partnership went on to help Lucy paint the mural on the community centre wall. You can watch a video of the project here
