Lucy was commissioned by Akoje Gallery to design a 350 meter long artwork for a hoarding on the St Mary Le Port Church re-develpoment site.

Given the history of the building and the surrounding area both the gallery and Lucy felt it appropriate to include community in the design process where they could.

Lucy Facilitated a workshop at a local primary school in Bristol- St Nicholas Tolentine. Alongside this Lucy spoke with local residents and members of 'Friends of Castle Park' to learn what they wanted from the artwork. All of this informed the design.

The artwork has been printed and installed by Signs Express Bristol and is 350 meters long wrapping round the whole building.
