Model Making- Lyngford Park Primary workshop
Photos from the 'Model making' workshop below. This workshop was facilitated at Lyngford Park Primary as part of Phase 1 of the Her Ground Project commissioned by Somerset Art Works. Lucy prepared laser cut shapes and provided moddeling clay in which she encouraged the students to explore building models of functional or decorative objects. Asking them what would make the park a safer space. Benches, sports equipment and nature themed shapes were popular.
The bench and planter suggestion from this workshop went on to inform the bench and planter that was fabricated as part of phase 2 of the project.
